This graffiti art mural welcomes guests at the entrance. Artist Beauberlund is a favorite artist of the Gilligan family, and he created this 16-foot by 9-foot piece of art that was inspired by art icons Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat.

Chris and Sami Gilligan bought a home in Recker Point, a Shea Homes community in Gilbert, in April because they liked the structure and compared it to homes in similar developments in the Valley. Because it felt different.
Chandler-based artist Beau Berndt created the mural using the colors chosen by the Gilligan family. The boxing elements were inspired by the 1971 contest “Fight of the Century” that pitted Muhammad Ali against Joe Frazier.

Chris Gilligan is an artist who created the two pieces that sit next to the flat-screen TV in the living room.
The Gilligans are big foodies and love to entertain. This kitchen saw a lot of action and was one of the reasons this Wrecker Point home was the only model we saw during our home search.
The backyard is filled with simple items, including a table made from reclaimed tree trunk wood.

A loft space on the second floor allows you to play vintage video games. Bernd designed the walls with Chris and Sami’s names and the names of their four children.
