For the past 25 years, Courtney and Robert Novogratz have been transforming ordinary properties into luxury spaces with interior lives of their own. The stylish couple shares a unique passion for design, which fans have been able to see up close through his HGTV and Bravo television series and extensive books. (I can’t get enough of their tips and tricks!)
In addition to residential projects, Novogratz dominates the decorating field with a furniture line that can be found everywhere from CB2 and Target to Home Depot and Amazon. Last year, they opened the doors of their debut furniture store in Los Angeles. The ever-growing list of brand collaborations includes exclusive collections with Sarah Jessica Parker, Ten Paper, and more.
As a family of nine, Robert and Courtney definitely know how to keep their home organized without missing out on the fun and flashy details. “This is a unique opportunity to upgrade your interiors for the new year,” the couple said in an email. “Here are some of our ideas on how to make your space colorful, organized, and stylish.” 7 items the Novogratz family always makes a statement in their inspiring modest home generously shared.
“It’s a classic, timeless, yet fun color.”
“Another of our favorite items is our Cash Locker series. They come in a variety of shapes and sizes and have a nostalgic feel to them. They’re also a fun way to create additional storage, which is super convenient.”
“This DIY wallpaper is a fun and clever way to change up your decor. Our favorite is Family of Cranes because our daughter just installed it in her first apartment in New York.”
“Versatility is important in our lives today. We designed this Nora kitchen cart to help make small spaces more functional.”
“I use this on my House of Novogratz bed. It’s an affordable mattress and, considering the quality, it’s great value. It comes in four different thicknesses.”
“We love Orange, a vintage and objets d’art store in LA, and are using some of their items as we work on our LA Bird Street project. These planters in particular are amazing.”
“Another item we love is an outdoor sauna like this one. It’s a luxury for sure, but it’s very relaxing and indulgent.”
